The Cabin Childcare Centres offer funded childcare for children across Plymouth (a consumable fee may apply).
All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours per week of funded childcare and education (term time only) from the term after their 3rd birthday. 'Stretched funding' is also available for 12 hours per week stretched across 48 weeks a year. This includes half terms and summer holidays.
An additional 15 hours per week, totalling to 30 hours per week during term time or 24 hours per week using stretched funding is available for 3 and 4 year olds from working families who meet the necessary criteria. This must be applied for using the Childcare Choices website.
Please note that the funding application for this must be confirmed termly via the Childcare Choices website.
Some 2 year olds are also able to access 15 hours via Me2 funding. Details of eligibility and how to apply can also be found on the Childcare Choices website.
