About the Cabin

The Cabin at Wolseley Hub Nursery is our newest childcare setting, which has recently opened in September 2024 in the Wolseley Community Hub, Plymouth. It's located beside the Coop at Wolseley road. We have refurbished the purpose-built nursery for children aged 2-4 years.

We have a large integrated room for children, which is set up to cover all areas of development. 

We have a large garden and play area with an undercover outdoor classroom. The garden has a climbing frame, play houses, mud kitchen, football area and much more, for the children to explore.

The nursery is open from 8.00 am - 5:00 pm during term time, offering full and part day care. All 3 and 4 year olds are eligible to attend a registered preschool setting using government funding for 15 hours per week during term time, from the beginning of the term following their 3rd birthday until they are of school age. Working parents who are eligible can access 30 hours funding. We accept Me2 funding for 2 year olds and are registered for tax free childcare vouchers.

Parents who are not eligible for funding can pay to access childcare - we also offer additional hours for parents who need more than the funded entitlement.

A small consumable charge is requested for funded children to cover snacks etc.
